Perfection

A poem

I miss the weight of you
your arms encircling my body
the sheer gravity of your being
pressing down like a heavy burden
that brings me closer to the perfection
of this love you so freely give me

Do not doubt you are the essence
of my spirit and the very reason
for my existence in this world that makes
no sense without knowing you are here
completely and unwavering in your love for me.
